Can I pay on delivery?

Returns and support

Can I return a standard design?

Standard, non-personalized modular PVC panels have a 100-day return guarantee from delivery, subject to our return conditions. Contact us before sending a return. The customer arranges and pays for return shipping unless the return relates to a defect, damage or our error.

Are personalized products returnable?

The change-of-mind return guarantee does not cover products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged or not as described. A standard catalogue design printed after ordering is not, by that fact alone, personalized.

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
