Seller and scope
These terms apply to purchases from 5wallart.com, operated by DV Marketing LTD, VAT number BG203491300, registered at ul. "Professor Benyo Tsonev" 2, 1517 Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: info@arteco.design or +359 884 505 011.
5wallart offers modular wall art panels. Please review the product description, dimensions, material and selected options before ordering. Room images and mockups illustrate the design; the selected product specifications determine what you receive.
Orders and accounts
You may order without creating an account. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and keep access to your account secure. Contact us promptly if an order needs correcting.
Placing an order is an offer to buy the selected items. The order acknowledgement confirms receipt of that offer; the sales contract is concluded when the products are dispatched, unless we expressly accept it earlier. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund payments for the unavailable items.
Prices and payment
The checkout displays the applicable currency, taxes, shipping charges and total before the order is placed. Product prices include applicable VAT where indicated. Shipping is additional unless a free shipping condition applies. Changes to future prices do not change an accepted order.
Payment methods are those offered for your order at checkout. Cash on delivery is available only with a corresponding COD shipping option, whose price includes the COD fee. Goods remain the property of DV Marketing LTD until paid for in full.
Production and delivery
Production, delivery estimates, supported destinations, shipping prices and tracking are explained in the Shipping policy. Many standard designs are produced after an order is placed. Delivery is made to the address supplied by the customer.
If your shipment is delayed, lost or damaged, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate investigation and remedy. Please keep packaging and photographs of damage where possible. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Returns and refunds
Standard, non-personalized modular PVC wall art panels qualify for our 100-day return guarantee, subject to the condition and procedure requirements in the Return and refund policy. Personalized products are excluded from this voluntary guarantee.
The return policy separately explains the statutory right of withdrawal, refunds and remedies for defective goods. Voluntary guarantee conditions do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
Legal guarantee
Consumers retain the applicable legal guarantee of conformity, including the minimum two-year protection required in the EU. Longer mandatory protection may apply in your country. A product must conform to its description and agreed characteristics; screen or printing differences do not remove these rights.
Additional lifetime warranty for PVC wall art panels
In addition to statutory rights, DV Marketing LTD provides a lifetime commercial warranty against manufacturing defects in the materials and workmanship of its PVC wall art panels. Contact us with proof of purchase and details of the defect to request assessment and an appropriate remedy.
This additional warranty applies to indoor use with proper installation on a stable surface, temperatures of 20–35°C and humidity below 60%. Clean with a soft microfiber cloth. It does not cover damage caused by outdoor use, excessive moisture, unsuitable cleaning chemicals, scratches, impacts, drops, deformation, or unauthorized alterations and repairs. These conditions apply only to the additional commercial warranty and do not limit legal rights for defects present at delivery.
Product care and intellectual property
Follow the installation and care information supplied with your product. Purchasing a physical item does not transfer copyright or rights to reproduce or commercially use the artwork. You must have the necessary rights to any images you submit for personalization.
Website use and privacy
We may restrict misuse, fraudulent activity or abusive use of the store. Temporary website interruptions may occur. External websites have their own terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
How personal information is handled is described in our Privacy policy.
Complaints and applicable law
Please send complaints to info@arteco.design with your order number and supporting details. Consumer dispute resolution information is available through the European Commission's directory.
Bulgarian law governs these terms without removing mandatory consumer protection or access to competent courts in your country. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The version applicable when you placed your order governs that order.
